In addition to onsite licensing, HRadvocate is now available as a convenient and configurable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution built on Microsoft Azure, with additional new functionality such as collaboration and content management. Initial modules available as a SaaS solution include recruiting, core HR, employee self-service, benefits, and reporting and analytics.

Created with a mobile-first strategy, HRadvocate’s SaaS solution provides HR personnel, managers, recruiters and employees with real-time mobile access to critical information anywhere, anytime. The scalable platform helps optimize onboarding, talent management and HR processes, while maintaining strict compliance with privacy and labor regulations.

HRadvocate’s SaaS solution offers native support for Microsoft Power BI, allowing users to transform company data and understand performance of hiring velocity, return on investment in automating various processes, and effectiveness of candidate self-service portals, for example. Comprehensive analytics tools also help track and report gender and pay equality data related to equal opportunity employment standards, or licensing and safety certificates required for compliance with OSHA and other regulations.

HRadvocate includes a tightly integrated,  robust, cloud-based content management system. Users can optionally store documents such as pay stubs or employee records, uploading and managing any type of unstructured content with search capabilities and full technical support.

Additional modules within HRadvocate will soon be available via its SaaS platform. Users can anticipate options such as a newly developed performance review and learning management system, as well as manager self-service.
