The HR Technology Conference 2017 wrapped up in Las Vegas last week and the HRadvocate team has some highlights to share. It’s an exciting time in HR to be at the forefront of how technology platforms not only support but drive employee engagement and culture innovation.

The HRadvocate team came back energized from networking and all of the conversations at our booth, where attendees had a chance to win an Apple Watch in our raffle giveaway. At the opening the conference, HRadvocate announced its latest addition to its HCM suite, the Compensation module. The addition of the Compensation module streamlines global HR and talent management processes, providing real-time performance updates and helps allocate awards to groups of employees with seamless experience and useful functionality across ESS, MSS, and HR.

On the second day, Laszlo Bock, former SVP of People Operations at Google, gave an energetic keynote titled “From Moonshots to Roofshots: What Everyone Gets Wrong About Innovation and How to Get It Right”. In his talk, he emphasized building a culture of innovation, and since people are at the core of innovation, an organization must focus on enabling its people to contribute to organizational success. Technologies like HRadvocate HCM help organizations become more effective and efficient by enabling employees to streamline administrative tasks and stay in the creative zone.

We enjoyed the great discussions and participating at HR Technology Conference 2017 and would be happy to share more about our new Compensation module or the HRadvocate HCM suite. Schedule a demo with the team today to learn how HRadvocate brings HR best practices to life.
