HRadvocate lets you assign skills and competencies to your courses so that successful completion of training can automatically update the skills and competencies of the learners. Users can search for training that will either close a skill gap or help them develop certain competencies. HRadvocate would automatically recommend courses for employees based on the ratings on their competencies from their current and past performance evaluations. It allows managers and HR to discuss and identify development activities as part of the employee performance review or succession planning. At the end of the cycle, it allows you to measure and demonstrate the impact training investments have had on employee performance and in addressing the skill gaps in your organization.

Training and development

Advanced collaboration

HRadvocate tracks training progress, due dates and expiration dates, and certification statuses—with a click of a button, you can generate a report that will show you who is in and out of compliance for any given certification. HRadvocate’s compliance workflows will notify learners and managers when their certification is about to expire and automatically enable them to start retraining.

Integrated collaboration features in the Learning and Training module include built-in audio-visual technology that allows users to alternate between video and desktop to create rich content, or capture desktop audio and video for online training. Deliver online learning content to live virtual classrooms, or stream pre-recorded classes right from your computer. With HRadvocate’s self-paced courses, you can offer quizzes and send reminder notifications with calendar integrations to ensure nobody misses a class or deadline.

HRadvocate supports content from SCORM to PDFs, PowerPoint and YouTube videos. Measure learning outcomes of quizzes with optional grading. HRadvocate allows automatic grading with an option to show the correct answers to the learners after the quiz is completed. HRadvocate's “Evaluate Learners” allows training admins, managers and instructors to manually grade a learner for an instructor-led course or for subjective answers. Learners can provide feedback through surveys after the training is completed. It also allows e-signatures with our “Acknowledge” feature that can be applied to any file to easily report on completions and acknowledgements for compliance purposes.
