Candidates Self-Service

The Candidate Self-Services portal gathers, organizes and enables access to prospective employer information, company forms, policies, benefits and other relevant details.

With a secure profile, applicants can log-in to search and apply for any job, supply employee referral information, join online interviews, take screening tests and answer targeted pre-screening questions with electronic signatures for certification. Applicants can check the status of a current application or opt to receive online notifications for additional job opportunities.

Managers Self-Service

HRadvocate gives managers one place for tracking requisitions, authorizing workflow requests, managing calendars and recommending employees for succession planning. Add notes for employees and review manager reports for compliance.

Managers can view, amend and authorize PTO requests and timesheet submissions, or perform training course enrollments. Deeper visibility into private workforce profiles, salary changes, employee job information, qualifications, time-off balances and requests, performance reviews, disciplinary actions and all relevant history are accessible within one convenient self-service portal.

Employee Self-Service

View, edit, initiate, download company information and forms plus track issued property. Employees can also view status, key dates or communications posted from administrators. Employees can access linked documents, websites and e-mail, or monitor their paycheck for changes including deductions, marital status and exemptions. Additional views include unlimited pay history including hours, net pay, W-2s, earnings, deductions, taxes by code, direct deposit, distribution and EEO/I9 information.

With HRadvocate, employees can view job information including title, code and start date, plus unlimited job history including compensation, performance and reviews, licenses granted, tests taken and awards earned.

With insights into PTO accruals and balances, while requesting time off, employees get real-time access to all benefits information. When participating in open enrollment, employees may view all eligible plans and associated costs before choosing their benefits plan and coverage options.

Once a plan is chosen, employees can evaluate their current benefit elections, change beneficiaries and dependents and view employer contributions. Employees can update current benefits coverage based on life events like adding or removing a dependent, responding to a change in address or a change in marital status.
