HRadvocate Announces Addition of New Compensation Module to HCM Suite
October 10, 2017
Today at the HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, Neudesic announced the availability of its brand new Compensation module within the HRadvocate HCM (Human Capital Management) platform, which streamlines global HR and talent management processes.
The new optional Compensation module aligns employee awards and merit increments with organizational goals and results. Organizations can allocate awards to groups of employees, with a seamless experience and data structure across HRadvocate’s Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, and Core HR functions. Integration with real-time performance updates allow managers to better connect pay with performance, while organizational data, security structures, and reporting hierarchies from Core HR provide a secure means of distributing budgets.
“Innovation Group began researching HCM providers in mid-2016 after realizing that we needed a best-in-class system that could scale with, and adapt to, our growing organization,” said Kim Edwards, EVP and Chief People Officer with Innovation Group North America. “In addition to Benefits Administration, Self-Service and Performance Management, another critical requirement for us was a robust Compensation capability that would feed critical employee performance, market data, and merit guidelines from HR and allow us to link employee performance to compensation. HRadvocate fit the bill and has been instrumental in enabling us to effectively attract and retain our top performers.”
“The new Compensation module integrates seamlessly with real-time performance updates,” said Shantanu Sarkar, Vice President of Solutions and Innovation at Neudesic. “This is critical for HR and managers because it provides the information needed to connect pay with performance, which ultimately helps to align employee objectives with organizational results.”
