Today at the HR Technology® Conference & Exposition, Neudesic announced modernization of its HRadvocate HCM  (Human Capital Management) solution designed to streamline global HR and talent management processes from hire to retire. In addition to onsite licensing, HRadvocate is now available as a convenient and configurable Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution built on Microsoft Azure, with additional new functionality such as collaboration and content management. Initial modules available as a SaaS solution include recruiting, core HR, employee self-service, benefits, and reporting and analytics.

Created with a mobile-first strategy, HRadvocate’s SaaS solution provides HR personnel, managers, recruiters and employees with real-time mobile access to critical information anywhere, anytime. The scalable platform helps optimize onboarding, talent management and HR processes, while maintaining strict compliance with privacy and labor regulations.

“This brand new user experience simplifies and expands access to familiar processes and provides a more modern, intuitive interface and workflow for HR managers and employees. We are delivering on-the-go mobile access that is expected by millennials and drives greater efficiency and visibility within HR operations,” said Shantanu Sarkar, Vice President of Solutions and Innovation at Neudesic. “The platform also offers a powerful way to customize HR operations for individual employers – creating a well-rounded employee experience and helping HR proactively champion access, information and support for employees.”

HRadvocate’s SaaS solution is further distinguished with customized implementation, using algorithms and formulas that tailor the HR experience depending on specific client needs and requirements. “We take implementation very seriously, recognizing that a higher level of service makes all the difference in creating, automating and simplifying processes that add tangible value,” added Sarkar. “We are proficient at automating HR processes that manage critical information, thereby reducing the time and costs required to hire, recruit, retain and engage the most talented employees.”

Enabled by an improved interface and mobile access, users will find new performance advantages across HRadvocate. New collaboration features enable more productive hiring activities based on closer interactions between recruiters, hiring managers and executives. Benefits enrollments can be managed more proactively with the system programmed to automatically delegate actions such as ongoing or additional 401(K) contributions.

HRadvocate’s SaaS solution offers native support for Microsoft Power BI, allowing users to transform company data and understand performance of hiring velocity, return on investment in automating various processes, and effectiveness of candidate self-service portals, for example. Comprehensive analytics tools also help track and report gender and pay equality data related to equal opportunity employment standards, or licensing and safety certificates required for compliance with OSHA and other regulations.

HRadvocate includes a tightly integrated,  robust, cloud-based content management system. Users can optionally store documents such as pay stubs or employee records, uploading and managing any type of unstructured content with search capabilities and full technical support.

Additional modules within HRadvocate will soon be available via its SaaS platform. Users can anticipate options such as a newly developed performance review and learning management system, as well as manager self-service.
